Enrollment verification requests made during the semester are normally processed after the Course Withdrawal Period.
Regular processing normally takes five to seven business days for a transcript to be available for pickup in person or mailed by the Office of the Registrar.
The following fees are collected at the time the form is submitted in the form below:
- Student are eligible for two free requests per semester. Each subsequent request carries a fee of $10.00.
- Expedited processing is available for an additional fee of $20.00 per document that is to be picked up by the requesting student in person.
- Postage fees will apply to transcripts that need to mailed out.
Delivery times by the carrier are beyond the Office of the Registrar’s control. Please factor in delivery time when placing a request.
Please note that enrollment verification letters will not be issued before all financial obligations have been cleared.
